End of a phase

2 years of rigour, joy and anxiety have to come to an end now. It seems like yesterday when I came to IIFT, attended the day long classes with hardly any scope to bunk, the early morning yoga sessions and the late night PDP's...going for the late night shows of all the latest movies...reaching chanakya only to find out that the tickets were over...the yummy maggi at the dhabas contributed significantly to keep me alive for the first year atleast...running to mayas in every break to get a cup of half chai...are the moments i ll cherish forever.

never before had i thought that i could manage with sleeping post 3 in the night and getting up at 7......neither did i imagine sitting with my group at 12 midnight figuring out how to start the work for a presentation at 9 in the morning...struggling with the saaries before father's classes was another unthought of experience.

these two years were filled with joy but gave us our bit of stress as well...sitting through those fish market like gd's for summers...filling up those endless forms and running up and down for a printout of the cv was quiet a task. we all were putting our best to get the best job on campus...some got what they had aspired for while others got a different stream altogether...saw few expected successes and many unexpected as well...the fact that everybody was happy at the end of the made the experience wonderful.

2 years of surprises, togetherness and late nights were an experience of a lifeime...

wishing success to all my batchmates...
